Sanctification, the last sacrifice, and the role other people play in your own holiness (Growing Deeper with Hebrews 10:1-25)

If you are a follower of Jesus you are “being made holy” (Hebrews 10:14).

This has to do with being set apart for a godly purpose and with becoming more like Christ.

But did you realize that other people have a role to play in this process?

The Pulse Podcast is about living abundantly wholeheartedly. It includes different kinds of content: Interviews, featured topics, or biblical studies. This episode is the later—a more in-depth look at Hebrews 10:1-25.

I take us through the text, provide some background and commentary on the “once for all” sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, how he has made and continues to make us holy, and highlight three ways God uses other people in the process of your own sanctification (and three ways he also uses you in theirs).

Enjoy!

The sermon based on this same section of text is called “Holier with thou” and can be accessed here.
