Jesus’ betrayal was at hand. He was about to depart from them. They were to love one another as he had loved them. But another Helper, he said, was coming. One who would be with them forever.
That’s clearly good news. But who is this Helper? It’s none other than the Holy Spirit who will begin to live inside of them!
