Not just what to believe—but how [Sermon]

In Luke 16:19-31 Jesus tells the famous story of the rich man and Lazarus. After he died, the rich man went to be tormented in Hades, and Lazarus went to heaven.

It’s a story of radical reversals. But what can it teach us today? Well, many things. But in this sermon I explore some topics around wealth, mercy, and eternal consequences. I also highlight the martyrdom of William Tyndale.

You can listen to the audio version of the sermon below. You can also link to more in-depth background information to these verses here as a part of The Pulse Podcast.

Note: You’ll hear that the sound shifts slightly throughout the sermon. That’s because I recorded it in different rooms of the church building. But everything should be clear.
