Be prepared, not surprised [Sermon]

You might not be able to fully prepare for every situation, but you can prepare who you are.

In this sermon from March 14, 2021, I invite us to import this idea into our thinking about the end times. What do we know about it? What don’t we know?

In this exploration of Luke 21:5-38 I discuss the destruction of the Jerusalem temple, the end times and return of Jesus, persecution, and being ready. These passages can be challenging. My goal is to provide some clarifying background information and to help us zero-in on the main thing we need to remember.
