Saved from what? (And FOR what?) [Sermon]

Jesus is a Saviour. But what does he save us from?

Well, a lot, actually. More than you might think.

Plus, not only does he save us FROM something, but FOR something. When our understanding of “Saviour” is limited, we can fail (or neglect) to welcome him into our specific troubles. As a result, we can miss out on his renovating help and power in certain areas of our lives.

Jesus saves us FROM calamity and FOR abundance. That’s what this sermon on John 4:27-42 explores.

It is called “The kind of worshiper God wants.”
