What will happen before Jesus returns?
The Thessalonians had been told that Jesus had already come back. They were wrong. So Paul set the record straight by explaining that ‘the rebellion’ needed to come first, and also the ‘man of lawlessness.’ This knowledge should help them stand firm in every good work and word.
But what was he talking about? Have these events already happened, or are they yet to happen? What are some of the answers people have given through the ages?
