“You are someone’s answered prayer.” You’ve probably heard that before. Makes sense. After all, God often works through people to help, guide or inspire. But what about those times when you feel as if your own are unanswered, while still being used by God?
By this time in his life, Daniel was in his early 80’s. Surely he had prayed for rescue, but he was still serving the kingdom who had trashed his own and taken so much from him. Even still, he remained true to God and used both his words and actions to bless others.
This sermon unpacks Daniel 5, the famous “writing on the wall” for King Belshazzar, and how Daniel’s ongoing and steadfast faithfulness instructs people today who are enduring difficulty they don’t understand.
What if you are someone’s answered prayer even though yours feel unanswered?
