What do so many people feel so good when they’re in nature? Well, we know it’s not just nature — it’s God’s creation!
Poet Robinson Jeffers says that God’s “signature is the beauty of things.”
In this sermon from July 11, 2021, I take us through Paul and Barnabas’ memorable visit to Lystra in Acts 14:8-20, and discuss how:
(a) the fact that there is a creation is evidence that there is a Creator;
(b) creation reveals the kindness of it’s Creator; and
(c) our Creator cares for his creatures, including those who don’t know him yet, which is why we try to identify common ground with them (like Paul did).
