In The Pulse Podcast there are interviews, weekly biblical studies, and also featured talks. This episode is a category of the later.
At the church I pastor, Westminster in Barrie, Canada, we sometimes have a Q & A Forum after the service. People submit questions ahead of time and I provide a response.
The full question is: “One of the recent sermons on Hebrews talked about rest and how important it is, one day a week for rest. To be honest, I feel like I never get a full day, and then I feel bad about it because I know it’s in the Bible and the 10 Commandments. Can you share an idea or two about how I can make resting happen when I feel like I’m on a hamster wheel?”
This was originally recorded live on December 5, 2021.
The link to the video of my response is at the end of the text version of this post and episode.
